Due to the current situation, CALPIA will be doing new dispenser installs & repairs on a case by case basis. Please submit the install or repair request form. It will be reviewed and you will be contacted with questions about the location to assure the health and safety of our staff.
A location walk through with a CALPIA Sales Representative is required prior to scheduling an installation.
Following your submission of this form, you will be contacted within 24 hours (M-F) as confirmation of information received and to provide the contact information of your CALPIA Sales Representative. Your CALPIA sales representative will schedule an appointment for the walk through to complete an onsite review and the pre-install dispenser packet.
