Due to the current situation, CALPIA will not be doing new dispenser installs and will only do repairs when deemed critical until further notice.  If there is a critical repair needed, please submit the dispenser repair or replacement request form.  It will be reviewed and you will be contacted if deemed critical. 


A location walk through with a CALPIA Sales Representative is required prior to scheduling an installation.

Following your submission of this form, you will be contacted within 24 hours (M-F) as confirmation of information received and to provide the contact information of your CALPIA Sales Representative. Your CALPIA sales representative will schedule an appointment for the walk through to complete an onsite review and the pre-install dispenser packet.
